What type of milk do you carry?
We carry locally produced Raw Cows Milk, Raw Goats Milk and Non-Homogenized Organic Milk (Whole, 2% and Fat-Free).
What is a porch box?
A porch box is an insulated metal box or cooler with a lid and iced in the summertime.
Upon your request we can provide an insulated porch box for a nominal fee.
Do I have to pay a deposit for the glass bottles?
We do charge a one-time bottle deposit fee of $2.00 for ½ gallon bottles and $1.00 for quart bottles. We request that you return your bottles rinsed and clean.
How do I return my bottles?
Please rinse the bottles and discard the cap. Place them in the porch box to be picked up by your delivery driver.
Do you deliver in my neighborhood?
We deliver to the many local towns. Click here for our list of home delivery locations.
How often do you deliver?
Deliveries are made on a weekly basis.
We deliver to homes throughout the day. Deliveries can occur as early as 2:00 am and as late as 8:00pm.
Is there a delivery charge?
We have a $3.00 charge per delivery.
What if I'm not at home when the delivery comes?
If you are not home, your driver will place your items in a porch box or cooler. Provide ice in the cooler to assure products are kept cold. Be sure to arrange for the milk to be put in a refrigerator as soon as possible. Raw Milk customers should be aware of risk if milk is not kept at temperature.
How do I place an order?
You may place orders in one of three ways: fax our online form, by phone, or leave your completed form for the driver.
Is there a minimum for delivery?
We ask a purchase of at least $25.00 + delivery.
How do I pay?
Payment is due at time of delivery. We accept cash, check and Access/SNAP card payments. You are always welcome to pre-pay at the store.
